- EPC Beliefs
- We believe that Scripture is the inspired Word of God to man, the infallible rule of faith and life, which is above reason and conscience (Heb. 1: 1-2; 2 Tim. 3: 16-17, 2 Pet. 1: 21).
- God is the only truth. The only truth God has revealed himself as eternal, triune God – God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit (Deut. Zach. 6: 4, Isa. 43: 10-11, Matt. 28-19).
- Man: Its fall and salvation. Man was created good and fair. God said, “Let us make man in our image and likeness.” But the man fell into sin and only one hope for salvation in Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Rom. 5: 12-21, Genesis. 1: 26-31).
- The salvation of man.
- a) Conditions for salvation. Mercy of God, who brought salvation has appeared to all men through the preaching of conversion to God and faith in Jesus Christ. Man is saved through the forgiveness of sins and rebirth in the Holy Spirit, being justified to the Lord’s grace. Through faith, it is the successor of God in the hope of eternal life (Tit. 2:11, Rom. 10: 13-15, Lk. 24:47).
- b) Evidence of Salvation. Certificate of salvation for the believer is the direct witness of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 8:16). External evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and holiness.
- Water Baptism. The commandment of water baptism symbolizes the burial of Christ and the Scriptures Resolution is for all those who truly repent of their sins, firmly believed in Christ as personal Savior and God. Immersing them in water bodies is a prominent symbol of what their hearts already are skropleni blood of Jesus Christ for internal or spiritual purification. Thus, they make known to the world, that are dead to sin and risen with Christ to new life. (Matt. 28:19, Acts 10: 47-48, Rom. 6: 4, Acts 20:21, Heb. 10:22)
- The Lord’s Supper. The Lord’s Supper is a commandment and consists of bread and the fruit of the vine, which is a symbol of proving that we are partakers of the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Pet. 1: 4). Remembering His suffering and death (1 Cor. 11:26, Matt. 26: 26-29) proclaim His second coming in the community of all believers until His coming.
- Promise of the Father. All believers are entitled to and should expect sincerely and earnestly seek the promise of the Father of the baptism of St. Spirit and fire, according to the words of Jesus Christ. We believe and are baptized in the Spirit of St. same form as it was in the first Apostolic Church at Pentecost, with signs of other languages, as the Spirit gives to speak (Lk. 11:13, 24:49, Acts 19: 6). With the baptism of St. Spirit merges the power of life and ministry, spiritual gift, the fruit of their deeds in service.
- The Baptism of St. Spirit. St. baptism of believers Spirit accompanied by speaking in a clear sign of “other tongues, as the Spirit gave them to speak” (Acts 2: 4). This wonderful gift is different from the new birth and follows him (Acts 10: 44-46, 11: 14-16, 15: 7-9).
- Complete sanctification – The goal of all believers. Scriptures teach how to live the holiday, without which no man shall see God. Power of St. Spirit we may be humble commandment: “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” Full consecration – this is the will of God for all believers and should be achieved obedience to the Word of God (Heb. 12:14, 1 Pet. 1: 15-16, 1 Thess. 5: 23-24, 1 Jn. 2: 6).
- Church. The church is a living organism, living body, the body of Christ, God’s home through St. Spirit with God’s Decree fulfill its mission. Every true believer and every collection is part of the universal church firstborn written in Heaven. Head of the church – Christ (Sf. 1: 22-23, Heb. 12:23, Eph. 2:22, 5:21).
- The ministry and the preaching of the Gospel. With the call of God and based on the Word of God for every believer is a commandment of our Lord’s ministry for the evangelization of the world and of the Church (Mk. 16: 15-20, Eph. 4: 11-13, Is. 52, 7).
- Divine healing. Exemption from diseases carried by faith in Jesus Christ, based on the Word of God and is possible for all believers (Isaiah 53: 4-5, Matt. 8: 16-17, Jas. 5: 14-15).
- Blessed Hope. Resurrection of the dead in Christ Rapture believers, survivors and members of the true Church of Christ – that blessed hope for all believers (1 Thess. 4: 16-17).
- Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ. The coming of the Lord, before the millennial kingdom of Jesus Christ to take away our expectations Church is the true Church of Christ (2 Thess. 1: 7, Rev. 19: 11-14, Rom. 11: 26-27, Rev. 20: 1-7) .
- Lake of Fire. The devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet and those that are not written in the Book of Life will be transferred to eternal torment in the lake burning with fire and brimstone – a second death (Rev. 19:20, 20: 10-15, 21: 8 ).
- The new heaven and new earth. We look forward to a new heaven and a new earth in which righteousness will reign (2 Pet. 3:13, Rev. 21:22).
